The objective of TD223 was to demonstrate Initia Designs’ creative capabilities in conceptualizing, developing, and realizing an all-new electric scooter design.
The scope of this project covered the complete development, all the way from initial sketches to a fully functional prototype.
Additionally, the design also aimed at a cohesive integration and demonstration of various 2W components developed independently by the Uno Minda Group companies.
Design
The forward-leaning volume gives it a unique silhouette and a powerful stance, coinciding with a maxi-scooter-Esq proportion. While the main panels' strong winglet theme and sharp surfacing evoke a modern and technological feel, the secondary panels are designed to look functional yet subdued, balancing the perceived visual mass.
As a finishing touch, the contrasting accents and intricate technical details highlight the electric powertrain.
